Mr. Kwatra's many roles include corporate finance, business development and mergers and acquisitions for several industry leaders. He has extensive experience in undertaking project generation and business development along with evaluating early to advanced stage M&A opportunities in the mining sector. His extensive network of international contacts in the institutional and capital markets brings strong financial relationships. He has led significant financings for various public and private issuers.
Mr. Kwatra is also a serial entrepreneur and a seasoned investor in Real Estate. He has studied International Trade and Business Administration in Finance at BCIT. Mr. Kwatra is well-travelled, and fluent in several languages.
Jatinder Sandhar is the President of Sandhar Investments and has been since June 2010. Mr. Sandhar holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and a Master of Business Administration from India and brings a wealth of knowledge and financial experience as a Chartered Professional Accountant and a Certified Management Accountant with the Chartered Professional Accountants of British Columbia. Mr. Sandhar is also an active member of his community generously volunteering his time to benefit numerous not for profit organizations. He was awarded the Queen's Diamond Jubilee Medal for his community work.
Mr. Tsoutsis brings more than 20 years of experience in finance and the capital markets. Over the course of his career, he has held investment advisory roles with Mackie Research, Jordan Capital Markets, and Canaccord Capital Corp., where he gained extensive expertise in developing, restructuring, and financing early-stage and venture-listed companies. Mr. Tsoutsis has been instrumental in securing over $30 million in venture and development capital for both public and private companies across a range of industries worldwide.
Mr. Thorburn has been involved in resource exploration, development and extraction projects since 2008. Mr. Thorburn started his career coordinating projects for Enbridge, Williams Energy, Canadian Natural Resources Limited, Centrica Energy and TNPL managing land acquisitions, stakeholder relations, environmental permitting and aboriginal consultations in Western Canada.
For the past 8 years, he has been based in Toronto and has been focused on the public markets as a director and/or executive for several junior resource companies including Phoenix Copper Corp., Prime Meridian Resources, California Gold Mining Inc., Sage Potash Corp., and Compton Mining Corp. Tyler holds an MBA from Warwick Business School, University of Warwick, UK.
Mr. Kotowych brings close to a decade of combined experience in the capital markets, mineral exploration, and corporate strategy. He has held corporate development roles with several junior resource companies, including Abitibi Metals Corp., where he played a key role in advancing the B26 Polymetallic Deposit in Quebec and supporting various M&A and strategic growth initiatives. Earlier in his career, Mr. Kotowych worked in equity research with Haywood Securities and Red Cloud Securities, focusing on mining-sector coverage. His technical background also includes exploration and fieldwork with Great Bear Resources, Carlisle Goldfields, and Solstice Gold. He holds an M.Sc. in Geophysics and an Honours B.Sc. in Mathematics and Geology from the University of Toronto.
